25. November 2025On 20.10.2025, the best examination graduates and the award-winning training companies were honored at the IHK Training Center Dresden.
The prerequisite for this award as the best graduate in the profession is at least 92 total points. Tom Spindler achieved an overall score of 96 points in his examination, making him the best insulation worker. He was honored by the IHK Dresden on this day.
At the same time, our trainer Maik Steinmetz received an award as an excellent training company.
Tom Spindler will be honored on 13.11.2025 as the best in his profession in Saxony and on 08.12.2025 as the best in his profession in Germany in Berlin.

26. March 2025We have reason to celebrate: the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce has awarded us the title of “Training Company of the Year 2024/2025” in the district of Meißen!

18. December 2024On 9.12. the national award ceremony in Berlin was on the agenda.
Alongside many top trainees from all over Germany, our employee Franz Günzel was honored as such.
Peter Adrian, President of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), and Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck congratulated the winners, who were presented with trophies and certificates.
We would also like to take this opportunity to mention that Franz Günzel was not only the best in Germany. A few days earlier, he also won the title of “German Champion” as an industrial insulator.
We can look back on the year 2024 with pride and are delighted with these great awards.

6. November 2024On 21.10.2024, the best examination graduates and the award-winning training companies were honored at the IHK Training Center Dresden.
The prerequisite for being honored as the best graduate in his profession is at least 92 total points. Franz Günzel passed his exam with 97 points and was named the best industrial insulator at the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
At the same time, Thomas Liebisch accepted an award as an excellent training company. Franz Günzel was not only the best of the IHK Dresden, but also the best graduate in the examination year for the whole of Saxony and the best in Germany.
We owe this to our outstanding apprentice trainer Mr. Maik Steinmetz.
Further awards will follow on 12.11.2024 in Leipzig and on 09.12.2024 in Berlin.

11. June 2024A fantastic day lies behind us… our inauguration of Gebäude- und Fertigungstechik GmbH on 31.05.2024.
The sun was shining and the forecast rain failed to materialize.The catering was excellent and the musicians “Two of Us” once again played suitable songs to accompany the day.
Over 200 guests attended this important event.
Thomas Liebisch & David Brockmann and the whole team would like to thank you very much for your visit, the great gifts, attentions and the many positive words!

26. August 2019… and the Minister President Michael Kretschmer celebrates this special day with us.
After more than twelve years as a subsidiary of Novisol AG Switzerland, Thomas Liebisch founded TL Concept GmbH with three locations in Germany on July 1, 2018.
The foundation was supported by Wachstumsfond Mittelstand Sachsen, which acquired a minority stake in the company.
Last year, TL Concept GmbH demonstrated the growth potential of Saxon companies and, with 100 employees, 40 subcontractors and an annual turnover of around 15 million euros, can be described as an up-and-coming medium-sized company.
This success was celebrated on 23.08.2019.
Thomas Liebisch expressed his special thanks to his wife Nicole Liebisch and all the employees.
The past year was very exciting and exhausting for everyone involved, but the effort was worth it.
This was also expressed by District Administrator Arndt Steinbach when he presented Mr. Liebisch with the district medal, the highest award of the district.
Thanks also go to all the guests who donated to TL Concept GmbH in the form of a gift for the children’s facilities in the municipality of Klipphausen.

10. July 2018Thomas Liebisch has bought an insulation company – the Mittelstand growth fund has helped with capital.
Managing Director Thomas Liebisch – which is what TL stands for in the company name – announces that he has bought out the company, which previously went by the name Novisol GmbH, from its Swiss parent company.
“I told myself a year ago that I wanted to set up my own business.”
The reason?
Thomas Liebisch did not want the company that he has been running from the very beginning, i.e. for eleven years, to continue to be part of a group consisting of 180 companies.
It was too unsafe for him to continue to be managed remotely by managers who only knew the company to a limited extent.
It’s easy to be sold, so he preferred to buy the company himself.
Besides: “We now pay taxes here in Saxony.”
Right from the start, Thomas Liebisch was able to rely on strong local partners, such as the Dresden-based tax consultancy Avericon: “I am truly indebted to them.”
TL Concept currently employs around 100 of its own staff and another 40 in subcontractors, explains the Managing Director.
There are branches in Jena and Berlin, and the company’s fitters are not only on the road in Germany with their 50 or so vehicles, but have also been to Belgium, France, Russia and Switzerland, to name just a few countries. […]
